Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my desktop crashed, while it was under warranty, i spoke with someone at hp, they sent me a box to send it back but i never received it, and the say it was delivered! i can't get anywhere and i need to contact them! help!

Did you contact their customer support with all the details, tracking number, dates and everything?
