Hi I just bought a hp desktop omen connected to my monitor but after I set up everything and close when it starts again the desktop screen was very intense reddish or greenish after a while comes back to normal or after I give restart but still appears all the time I open the computer.I have checked the colour settings but it seems the problem is not from there maybe someone help me thanks.

Not sure if you have a bad monitor, cable or video card. If you unplugg and replug the monitor cable into the PC does it help? Can you try a different cable?

 

IF this does not help, I would contact HP Support for a warranty issue.

Thank you very much for your suggestions it seems that the cable wasn't the right one I have changed it and now it's working perfectly thanks again.
