I was wondering how can I update my GPU because playing on AMD Radeon are three graphics arcana disgusting and I wondering what graphic card should I use or how will i upgrade it.

@gpuneedshelps , welcome to the forum.

 

According to the Motherboard Specifications there is no "PCI Express x16" slot on the motherboard for a graphics card.  You should look at the section titled "Expansion Slots" for this information.  The AMD Radeon™ R3 Graphics is built into the processor.
