would my laptop be able to handle 32gb ram? like a 2x16?

My sister asked what I wanted for Christmas, and I mentioned getting 32GB of RAM. I don't know if my laptop would be able to handle it, though. I was just wondering if it would be possible to do it.

Please use the following way to find out the amount of RAM it supports

1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.

    This will open the command prompt.

2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.

    From here, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
