your power button is blocked!!!

help me please for 3 days when i attach my playstation 4 on my screen omen by hp gaming the monitor SAY POWER BUTTON IS BLOCKED and the screen images bug a lot

I understand when you connect the play station to the monitor you are getting power button is blocked error.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

How is the monitor connected to your PC?

Have you tried checking with a different video cable?

Please share the product number of the monitor to assist you better.

Try updating the monitor drivers and check if it helps.

To remove the OSD Lockout or power button message, release the Power button (if something was pressing against it), and press and hold the menu button on the side panel again for about 10 seconds, until the message goes away. If the OSD Lockout message does not go away, the button may be stuck or the hardware behind the button might have become defective.

Try restoring the monitor settings to factory defaults.

To access the OSD and make adjustments, do the following:
1. If the monitor is not already on, press the power button to turn on the monitor.
2. To access the OSD menu, press the Menu button on the rear of the monitor.
3. To navigate through the OSD menu, press the Plus button on the rear of the monitor to scroll up, or the
Minus button to scroll down.
4. To select an item from the OSD menu, use the Plus or Minus buttons to scroll to and highlight your
management, then press the OK button to select that function.
5. Select ok to restore the monitor settings to default.

If the issue still persists after trying out the steps. It is a hardware issue with the monitor.
