Trying to contact support to raise an issue with 1 month old laptop. Last few days has been automatically rebooting with Stopcode UNEXPECTED_STORE_EXCEPTION every 5-10 minutes. Today it wont start up. Get a Hard Disk Error.
Ran F2 Diagnostics on hard drive - both Quick Test and Extensive Test. All PASSED.
Each time I restart get same Hard Disk Error warning on startup.
To raise a support request you need a serial number. No serial number for machine anywhere on outside of laptop.

Hi:
If there is no serial number on the case, it should be in the BIOS' system information screen.
Turn on the PC, immediately start tapping the ESC key to get the menu of options.
Select the F10 setup option and press the Enter key.
The serial number, product number, etc should be showing up there someplace.
