According to the Crucial memory report for your notebook, the max memory is 8 GB per slot.

So, I wouldn't be able to answer your question regarding installing a 16 GB memory chip in your notebook.

Hi:

 

The processor is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded unless you replace the motherboard with one listed in your notebook's service manual that may come with a better processor.

 

Such an upgrade is usually very expensive and not worth the investment.
