My laptop always get too hot when i just turn on the computer, Even i was idling the temp will go around 60 - 70 and my GPU temp will go around 50 . But when i play games, it jump to around 80 - 90 cpu temp and 70-80 gpu temp.
I use the 3rd - party software to check the fan speed and i just saw that the speed of fan 1 is run very high, about 4 - digits when i play games, but fan 2 speed won't even to higher that 200. What should i do to make fan 2 run faster and lopwer my tempurature.

Welcome to HP Support Community
I understand your concerns and frustrations
80 - 90 CPU temp and 70-80 GPU temp while gaming is normal
Do you feel the Notebook overheating?
Unfortunately you do not have the option to control the Fan Speed for these Laptop models
HP Pc’s uses a customized BIOS setting (Tattooed BIOS) of which some features including overclocking, increasing the VRAM, Fan Speed are locked.
This is done in the best interest of safeguarding the PC for the optimal performance and not to cause any extensive component failure.
Thank you
