My laptop have 8GB ram. Can I add another 16GB 3200MHz Ram In  total 24 GB.

Yes, that model series supports up to 2 x 16 GB of memory if you want.

 

See chapter 1 of the service manual for the memory upgrade info...

 

You want the manual that has a file size of 8.79 MB.
