OMEN by HP – 17-W106NG (ENERGY STAR)
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello community,

insofar I was very pleased with mit 1070 GTX Notebook from 2017, but 3 years and 1 month after the purchase the 2 USB 3.0 ports on the right side suddenly stopped working. It seems that there isn't any energy, not a singele device responses or is even detected. The one USB 3.0 Port on the left side works fine.
I ran every HP diagnostic test, but regarding USB the non funktion isn't even noticed by the programs. I installed an de-installed all Win 10 USB Drivers. I believe a new install of Win 10 will not change anything, right?

I also opend the plastic case and found nothing strange inside. All visible cables are connected.

None working USB Ports on the right.jpg

1 working USB Port on the left.jpg

Does someone have any idea how to tackle this problem?
