Product: pavillion 15-cx0012nl
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

3rd message on the screen says battery storage capacity is too low, battery to be replaced. Battery not replaceable. How can I proceed..? Warranty still available. Thanks for support. Enzo

The specs of your machine is

It uses  3-cell, 52.5 Wh Li-ion part # L08855-856 which is replaceable. But your machine is still under warranty you can contact HP in your country to get new battery.
