I want to know, about how much TB of SSD I can upgrade of my laptop.

It's company fitted SSD is m.2 (512gb)

I want to upgrade so how max TB I can upgrade

There are no programs or tools you can use to determine how large a capacity NVMe SSD you can install in your notebook.

 

Theoretically, the sky's the limit as long as the drive you install is single sided.

 

The drive capacities listed in the service manual are just what HP offered in the model series, not the maximum capacity supported.

 

The Crucial SSD report for your notebook's model series indicates that they sell NVMe SSD's up to 4 TB, so you can at least go that high.

The service manual is shared by the 16-wd0xxx and 16-wf0xxx model series.

 

Your notebook has support for only one M.2 SSD and the 16-wf0xxx has support for two, so ignore that part of the manual regarding two NVMe SSD's.
