Adding Care pack after standard warranty expiration. Is that Possible?

Hi

I purchased the laptop on 2019 March from the HP online store in US. I am using it in India currently. I unfortunately didn't put much thinking into buying the additional care pack along with it so my laptop had just the standard manufacturer's warranty for 1 year. Nothing went wrong for one year but now there is a need for a major service.

 

I also read about post warranty care packs, but those have to be purchased within 90 days or 3 months of warranty expiration. I cannot purchase a national warranty for my device as it was not purchased here in India. So I would need to buy a Care pack from the US site.

 

Is it possible to buy the one year care pack now and register as it is already 6 months after the standard warranty expiration. If anyone had done the registration after the 90 days expiration threshold please do help me out here. If not the 1 year plan, is it possible for adding an additional 2 year care pack now? If any of you had success registering a care pack to your out of standard warranty computer please do let me know.

Hi Sir

 

I understand that yes sir. But all I wanted to know is that is it possible to buy a warranty extension for my laptop which is 1 and a half year old and the standard warranty ended 6 months ago. The support in HP had no clear answer for this. I tried every way possible. Please do help me out here. If you provide the contact information, it will be so helpful.
