OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop 16-n0000 (5B1T6AV)

After Sending my Omen 16 laptop to repair and receiving the laptop back, i used bitlocker to unlock the system. After the system was done decrypting, i rebooted the system and now the laptop does not detect the charger but will still boot up and work fine. It wont use the gpu and windows 11 ui lags and games i try to run only use cpu and low fps. Once i unplug the charger the system will shut down instantly and do a firmware update after booting back up, also it will not turn on if the charger is unplugged. In the OS the battery icon is just a x on top of the battery. They replaced the motherboard on the laptop while it was in the repair, so it could have something to do with that. I have tried to reinstall gpu drivers and updating the system, but the laptop just doesn't detect the charger or battery life. Also during the firmware update it gives this error: CMOS Reset (502) The CMOS checksum is invalid. and goes into the OS everytime i reboot after unplugging.
