Hey Since i have done a Clean Install from Windows 11 Dev Preview to Windows 11 i have in every Graphic Software/Game FPS Drops (from 200+ to 20-30 FPS) I know that my Laptop need to handle it easily.
I Think it can be an issue with Drivers but I have tried now 2 Weeks everything, Reinstall, Downgrade to Windows 10 (with Clean Install) downloaded every Driver but the Graphic Driver for nVidia that a downloadable from the Official HP Website says that the OS Version are not Supportet und i also tryed sometimes to download the GameReady nVidida Drivers but Still the Same Problemes.
The Game starts perfectly with 200+ FPS and after 1-3 Minutes its again bompletly laggy...

Hi@CeloKoeln, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Apologize for the issue with the display. We understand it's a gaming notebook lets try a few troubleshooting steps to fix the issue.
Check for the BIOS Update?
Tried Adding the game to High performances in the Nivida control panel?
Download GEFORCE EXPERIENCE updates the gaming drivers.
Turn on Game Mode. Game Mode is a new feature in Windows 10 Update that improves gaming performance by limiting background processes and programs from using system resources while a game is running.
Press the Windows key and G to open the Game bar.
In the game bar, click Settings.
Click the check box next to the game title to enable Game Mode for that game.
Plug notebook PCs into an AC adapter to give the graphics card more power.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
