6. Perform a Clean Boot
- Open Run (Win + R), type msconfig, and press Enter.
- Under Services, check Hide all Microsoft services and click Disable all.
- Go to the Startup tab in Task Manager and disable unnecessary apps.
7. Run Windows Troubleshooters
- Open Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Run Power Troubleshooter.
8. Perform a System Restore (If Issue Started After Update)
- Open Control Panel → Recovery → Open System Restore.
- Choose a restore point before the update and follow the instructions.
9. Check for Windows Update Issues
- Some Windows updates may cause instability. You can uninstall recent updates:
- Open Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update.
- Click View update history → Uninstall updates → Remove the latest updates.
