Microsoft Windows 11

I use an HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15. I used it one night during a thunderstorm, and there was a minor power outage. The most I know is that the lights briefly flickered and the wifi went out for a few minutes, then came back. Ever since then, all my games, installed and online, and apps have been lagging when they never have before. I'm not sure if the power outage is at fault, but it's the only thing I can connect to this sudden issue. I have tried:

- Restarting and updating multiple times

- Optimising for performance

- Using the Disk Cleanup program to clear out files

- Disabling multiple startup apps

- Checking SSD health

Nothing has worked so far, and I need this problem fixed soon, as I will need to use it for studies in a couple of days. Please help me figure out what I need to do and/or fix.
