Hi Team,

Last week I was able to use the battery mode and it was charing properly.

I was out of city for 4 days and laptop was at home(power connected).

 

When I came back I was shocked with empty battery icon.

 

And this what I see now. Please note I have tried removing battery and drivers multiple times but its not helping out.

 

Any help ?

You have only one " Advisory " that could apply:

If that does not help then it would be time to replace the battery:
