Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm looking for a compatible list for upgrades on my laptop.  Is there such a list?

OK.

There isn't an actual list of what you can specifically use, but the Maintenance Manual will give you an idea of what can be upgraded. http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06367528

  • You can upgrade the HDD/SSD (what ever you have installed). The M.2 port supports both NVMe/SATA, no capacity limit.
  • You can add up to 32 GB of memory.  I don't know what you have now, but if you add a stick to the existing stick, you need to match the timings and voltage of the old stick to the new stick. Use a tool like CPUz to get the specs of the old ram.

That's about it, its a laptop.

We need the full PRODUCT number first. Its located in the HP Support Assistant.

Otherwise we have no way of knowing what you have.
