- Any way to keep VBS and use omen hub?

I see all the posts instructing how to disable VBS to be able to access Omen features.
But I need VBS on for development purposes. It seems like I can only have either/or, and it's impossible for me to, most importantly, run Docker and (access features of) Omen Hub at the same time. I'd need to enable/disable VBS and reboot. So no development with an omen-undervolted CPU (I'm assuming there's alternative methods of undervolting I haven't explored).
Are there any alternatives that I could explore? This feels like a really restricting limitation to not have access to virtualization on the system. If I could perform more minute adjustments to maybe provide exceptions for Omen Hub or something, I'd be willing to try things that might not work in order to get these two things to be able to play together.
Thank you
