Anyone have any better luck or a number or way to get HP to actually follow through with customer service? I ordered a laptop and did some research and wanted to make 1 change. Of course they can't change the order so recommended I cancel the order and place a new one with the new specs. They assured me the original order would be canceled or even if shipped would be returned with the full refund with the restocking fee going to a new order.

 

Shocker I know but both orders will be showing up today. 6 or so calls later to HP and not one person has followed through with a return label or a call back or anything actually being done. Now I'm waiting for yet another call back which at this point I'd be a fool to believe will actually occur. So outside BBB and google/yelp reviews... anyone else have success in getting them to actually do what they say they will? I'm not really looking forward to being out 5k for 2 laptops or a 15% restocking fee. Really wish I'd researched the company a bit more before buying... would never have through HP had I known.
