Product: HP OMEN 2S764EA
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi .

I have HP OMEN Laptop - 17-cb1000ns , while I put audio jack , sound comes out of both headphone and speakers .

I have  tried to change siting but it did not worked .      any tip our suggestions ?
