B & O audio control, HP audio control, OMEN audio control. None of these are present in laptop

I have recently bought a HP Omen 16 (amd ryzen 7 7840hs rtx 4060) (model: xd0020ax). I wanted to configure my audio settings using and equalizer and when i checked for any audio software, none were present. At least if it had any one among B & O audio control, hp audio control or omen audio control apps i would've been satisfied but i don't find any of these apps not even realtek audio control. I'm unable to install them online too, so please guide me.

If your HP Omen 16 laptop is missing the audio control software and equalizer options, here are some steps to help you get the necessary audio management tools:

1. Check for Pre-installed Software

• Sometimes, HP laptops come with pre-installed software that might not be immediately visible. Go to Start > All Apps and scroll through to see if any audio management apps are there.

2. Update Windows

• Ensure that your Windows operating system is up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates. Sometimes, missing software can be included in updates.

3. Install HP Command Center

• Download and install the HP Command Center from the HP website. This application might include audio settings or links to other audio management tools.

4. Install Realtek Audio Driver

• Go to the HP Support website and enter your laptop model (xd0020ax). Look for the Audio section under drivers and download the latest Realtek audio driver.
• After installation, you should find the Realtek Audio Control app.

5. Install HP Audio Control

• Search for HP Audio Control in the Microsoft Store. If it’s available, you can install it directly from there.

6. Download Bang & Olufsen App

• If your laptop supports Bang & Olufsen, you might be able to find the Bang & Olufsen App in the Microsoft Store as well.

7. Check Device Manager

• Right-click on the Start menu and select Device Manager. Expand the Sound, video and game controllers section. Right-click on your audio device (e.g., Realtek High Definition Audio) and select Update driver.
