Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-e0000 (2V8Z7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I own Victus 16 Gaming laptop. I received Windows 11 major updated rolled on 20th September. And on 23rd, there were 4 more updates pending with error including Realtek.

I updated and my screen went blank. HP BIOS was updating and for one-and half hour my  screen is not loading.

I reinitiated the update by pressing Windows+B it showed Bios updated 100% and went to startup again.. But the screen isn't loading. Please help.

Hello, regarding to my issue I downloaded the external driver through USB and still it failed to re-install BIOS (even though I successfully did it).

I went to HP Service Centre and they told me my Windows 11 System is unstable. So the BIOS Driver provided on the website wasn't really essential for Victus Series. They called their team, got me another version of the driver and re-installed BIOS and my laptop started working again!

Also, I'd like to tell you, plugging-in charger/ or full battery isn't the real issue with the installation or laptop. It's the version and instability in my case. There's a corrupt Dolby Atmos update on laptop which is causing issues, still not resolved.
