Thanks a lot to whom posted the files in https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Notebooks/F-08-bios-update-locking-and-shot-down-problem/td-p/7... and the process to go back to previous versions. The twelve great works of Heracles were easier in comparison.
I have the following model: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15-ec0xxx (Ryzen 3550h / GTX 1050) and ANY bios higher than F.02 ends inevitable in BSODs (someone else having the same? could not find much confirmation).
As an example:
BIOS F.02 -> 8 months without BSOD
Any other BIOS: BSOD within a week
Now the funny part, HP is pushing bios upgrades via UEFI and Windows Update, so I ended with bios F.10 without wanting and without choice. Thanks to the instructions of the thread above, I could go back to F02. I hope HP team takes heed and fixes the new bioses .
After reverting, you need to block the upgrade of BIOS though again through windows update.
If someone else is having BSODs in other BIOS versions please update here!
PS: HP , please allow to downgrade to earlier BIOS or at least don't force push BIOS upgrades if they have issues. I need the laptop for work and having BSODs due to an unwanted upgrade is very disruptive. Also an option to disable the option to upgrade via UEFI / windows update would be super welcomed , Dell and Lenovo has this option bundled in the BIOS but could not find it on HP bios.

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
To get the answer to this question, the BIOS is managed and Bios updates pushed by Microsoft, not by HP.
However, you can rollback BIOS from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02693833 By the end the article you will be able to fix the issue.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Dear Echo_Lake, as noted in my first message, there is a link to a post where several people are unable to rollback because:
USB method reports error "not valid signature"
Rolling back normally with the keys method install the same BIOS already in the system.
Hence it becomes extremely difficult to rollback.
Could you also let me know if there are reports on my model of BSODs for BIOS higher than F02?

Thank you for posting back.
Try this method:
- Firstly, remove the hard drive from the computer.
- Once the hard drive is removed turn on the computer without the hard drive- While booting as the computer doesn’t detect a hard drive so it’ll automatically rollback to the previous bios.
- Put the HDD back in and turn it ON. It might give an error about the improper shutdown. Just click continue and it should boot to windows.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
