Hi All

I bought this laptop just two months ago and one day I observed backlight bleeding issue on left side top and ledt side bottom of the display during my night usage. My display replaced two times by the HP and issue is still the same which can be seen in attached image. HP is denying for unit level replacement, they are saying that it's a design feature of the display and my unit is working as per design.I bought the laptop by spending $1430. Now I don't know what  to do? Should I go for replacement or keep this unit however HP technical team & CRM of the HP denying for unit level replacement. I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
