Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Backlit keyboard takes over 5 minutes to turn on

 

To get it on I have to hit the FN key and back lit key board repeatedly for 5 to 10 minutes, and eventually it will come on. I'm trying to find an alternative way to turn the back lit keyboard on.
