Backlit keyboard

Help please, just purchased this gaming laptop for my daughter and cannot figure out how to get the keyboard to light up. None of the tutorials had working options. Wondering if it was simply missed in production.

Can you see backlit symbol on f4 or f5 or look for the backlit keyboard key on the row of function keys

if not, machine does NOT have backlit keyboard.

Thank you. It does not but is clearly listed under the specs and I paid an upgraded fee to change the backlit color. Ugh.

Did you read the Guide on my previous reply ? A backlit keyboard must have backlit symbol of f4 or f5 or look for the backlit keyboard key on the row of function keys.
