OMEN 15

When I first got my omen in 2021 I would play Apex at around 80 degreed C on my CPU, Now its 85-100 degrees C. I have fans going on and my window open to cool it and it does work a bit. But, now when I try to play any game my CPU can get 50-60 and when it happens the FPS is really bad and I cant play anything. Is there a way to fix this my self? Or do I need to find a local repair shop to get it checked out?
Specs if need (has not been changed):

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
Installed RAM 12.0 GB (11.8 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
