Bad experience so far

I have just bought a laptop HP Pavilion 15 and did not exceed five days during which is that the device hangs three times sporadic for five seconds and then due to normal and there is also a battery that does not last for more than two hours while watching only YouTube Did you return the device to the agent who I have these problems

I will try to help as best I can. I am having a little difficulty understanding all of your English, but I think I get what you mean.

A couple of questions:

You have a new laptop that is freezing randomly.

1. What are you doing specifically when this freezing occurs? Are you only gaming when it happens, or does it happen while doing other things too?

2. Are you plugged into the power cord when this freezing happens, or does it happen if only using the battery power?

The battery does not last more than 2 hrs while watching YouTube videos.

1. Looking at the specs, the battery is relatively small, so 2 hrs does not surprise me. Its most likely normal.
