Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HI.I was gaming on my notebook while my notebook is plugged in.Well the battery percentage was around 50% below so the charger indicitaor will be in orange colour,but while i was gaming the light suddenly change to white colour when the battery percentage is 56%  while its still pluged in. It does this several while im gaming.I hope HP could fix my problem. Thank You.

Can you run the UEFI Diagnostics? Rapidly tap F2 from boot to bring up the menu and test the Component>Power>batteries. Run the short test first, then if nothing is found, run the long test.

You didn't mention which model you have so I don't know if yours will have it or not.
