kindly assist/ educate/ correct me for the Battery Calibration process:
1. I started the calibration process when my battery was around 65%. As it mentioned, I waited around 2 hrs, for battery to drain automatically. Then it asked me to wait for 6 hrs till I plug in my adapter to charge the device.
2. once i plugged in my charger, i was informed two scenarios: a) Charger the device till the Charging LED turns Amber -> White (full charge), then unplug the charger and turn your device on. b) Keep on charging the device (even after the LED turns white) for about 4hrs, and post that, turn on your device. Step b) is what ! followed!
3. When I powered up my device, the battery % was 0 and hence I had to charge it once again; which ! did IN-ONE-GO!
4. Now, when i pen HP PC Hardware Diagnostics, and take batter test, the status is CALIBRATE! (which according to me is, its asking me to calibrate again)
please assist, what is to be done next; correct me if i have done a step wrongly.
