Hi, I recently encountered a few battery drains in which my computer just drained out from 30+% to 0% within less than 5 minutes from start-up whenever it is not fully charged. I have recently run a BIOS update as per the customer service advice and did a diagnostic test on the battery and the battery check results are as shown below.  On the flip side, the battery is now charging very fast now and is something that I should concern about?IMG20201104101913.jpgScreenshot (416).pngScreenshot (417).png

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery draining fast when it is below 30%.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I checked the battery test and it looks like the battery is fine and you have also updated the BIOS. I recommend you test the battery for a few days and I am positive that it should work fine.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
