Product Name: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15

Dear respected sir/madam, my battery is reduce 100% to 0% within one hour ten minutes, without internet, without video play. But same model laptop my room mate battery backup 3 hours. 

Already check battery calibray 3times full charged. More than 6 hour interval. , Bios test 

And also even Windows full factory reset. 

Every step completed. But still not solved my problem. So please please sir change my battery immediately or send my home any Hp technician. 

Very much problem when working time, study time. So, sir request you Please replace the battery as soon as possible.
