Just in the past few days my laptop has shown "plugged in, not charging" by the battery icon and will not charge at all. I have tried shutting down and holding the power button for 30 seconds to a minute and that has not worked. I even ran the battery diagnostics and everything is fine with it. Please help I am gettign really nervous.

Please install these 2 driver updates:
Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) Driver (Windows 10 v1803)
Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Client Driver - Kaby Lake (Windows 10 v1803)
Reboot:
Then install BIOS update:
HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors)
Reboot:
Some fixes from the BIOS update:

It wont turn on... even when plugged in to an outlet that I have tested that has power going to it. The charger is in and connected and shows a charging light then imediatly goes out.... It wont charge at all or power on
