Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Battery backup is not even 1 hour..My laptop is only 6 months old and heat is too much that i can't use keyboard even during normal usage (Chrome, YouTube,flims..etc). May be i need to may my heat sink and my battery under warrenty coverage

I see that you are facing battery backup and heating issues with your HP Pavilion 15.6 Inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-Ec2000 (2P6B3AV).

 

I suggest that you update the BIOS by following this document. (Click on the word document to open the web page).
