I bought a new Omen 17 Notebook and it was delivered couple of days back. Since i start using it i felt my battery is not holding up the charge as expected. It was loosing almost 10-12% of charge on 15 mins of YouTube in FullHD and lite browsing. I tried updating BIOS, ran battery diagnostics in BIOS and everything passed. I also tried full resetting of Windows and drained battery to 0% and charged to 100% in system off state, but still same issue. I also noticed some weird numbers in my HP assistant on Full Battery capacity. While running HP Battery check on first day it shown my Full Charge Capacity as 96% and on second day it was 94% and now it shows 92/93% despite using only 5 battery cycles. Is it a hardware related problem ?
