Product: HP-OMEN
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Battery chargers for a few seconds then stops when lapton is on, laptop cannot switch on when battery is removed to run only off power & only chargers to 70% it is switched off when off. 

I have run battery diagnostics and there is no issue with the batter. When I run AC adapter diagnostic error code is 9UXSX9-8GF9J8-MFPX6K-C19103. I have tried 3 different chargers, and all do the same thing. 

Any recommedations as to what my next step would be?
