Product: HP Omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a hp omen 15 laptop. Everything was fine until one day I plugged it in, it charged for a few seconds then stopped. It does this repeatedly no matter what I try. The battery is brand new, I just replaced it as well as the ac adaptor. If I run the battery test everything checks out fine but the ac adaptor test won’t even sense that there’s anything plugged in unless I unplug it and plug it back in then it says it’s fine.
