Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Battery connected, but not charging. I have un a Laptop Omen and Win 10 64-bit
I did the test with "Hp Support Assistant" is the result is "battery ok"
What can I do?

What is the full product number?
Its located in the HP Support Assistant.
Run the diagnostics from outsid of Windows... Tap F2 at power on and go to component tests > Power and test everything there.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
