hi, i noticed recently that my laptop when i play ac syndicate reach 90+ celsius it may also reach up to 98 and while iam (plugged in) i also noticed that while iam gaming at that temperature the battery percentage instead of going up is discharging and decreasing but it shows plugged in normally, but after it cool down maybe at 80+ celsius it charge normally again. is that a safe system at which it stops charging at high temps or a problem? my cpu is i7 8750h

Do you use its original charger which is a 135 W AC power adapter ? If yes, looks like your charger does not supply full its capacity. You may need to replace.
Regards.
