I got my laptop yesterday from Amazon and it have battery issues
1. Not charging
2. Fast Discharging
It's battery get drained and laptop gets dead . When I contacted Amazon they do not have any technician to help me so I contacted hp for help and they said that they will send a technician with 24-48 hrs but it's 24hrs already and there is no call from any technician yet. I have talked to the technical support support team in whatsApp but they said that they can't do anything. What can I do now my replacement period is also getting over after 4-5 days .

(1) Download and install from Microsoft Apps Store
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows
(2) Run <HP Diagnostics for Windows>
- Perform <all> tests
- Focus on Component test <AC Adapter (power supply) / Battery>
(3) Please report your results ( error messages, take pictures )
( if serial number, device id, UUID, System Board CT Number is displayed, please blur )

This is clearly a technical error
Return the device immediately and buy a new notebook. As the reason for the return specify: Charger defective or other combined technical error. |
