Product: HP Omen 15 dc0078tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just buy HP Omen 15 dc0078tx gaming laptop (intel i7 Gen8 with GTX 1050Ti) and i curious that its battery life is about 3 hours. Is it common for this laptop?

Moreover, I found that dc0078tx is 3-cell battery but dc0079tx is 4-cell baterry. Is it possible to change battery to 4-cell to extend battery life?

I don't think so. A hard drive, battery or wifi card replacement shouldn't void the warranty as far as it's a compatible component listed in the manual.
