Product: HP Omen 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Battery plugged in and not charging at times. Has been going on for months and it haven't even been a year since I got this laptop. I have sent my laptop to the nearest HP center for repair and I have been there multiple times but the problem still continue. Sometimes when I charge my laptop and a few hours later, it shows a white light which means charged full but when I open it, the laptop is only at 60 %. Sometimes it won't even charge. Another problem being the screen having pixelated colors when I am charging and using it. It later freezes and just crash.
