Hp omen 17

Hello, 
I have an HP omen 17, it is around 3 years old and recently i have problems with my battery

I already change my battery twice in the past (and the one i have now is 2 months old)

Since few days, my battery is plugged in, charging, but the % is not increasing. I tried to update my drivers, but they are all up to date, I also tried to disable, uninstall etc some battery drivers and then restart my computer, but nothing change, I plugged and unplugged my battery. I even reset all my pc, but nothing had change

 

Do you have any Idea what is causing this ?

I reviewed your post and I understand that the battery is not getting charged.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS from the below link and check if it helps.

Hey ! thanks for your answer, and sorry for the late reply, I just updated my BIOS as you said, I'll tell you if it works, and here is my computer OMEN by HP - 17-an098nf and here is my prdocut number, 1UQ19EA#ABF
