Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a few questions about the battery in my laptop.

  1.  It is a gaming laptop, so therefore it really needs to be plugged in when playing games, however, I have heard horror stories of keeping laptops plugged in all the time. Has HP done something to make sure the gaming laptops are ok with being plugged in?
  2. When my battery charge reaches 100%, does the laptop take power from the charger rather than the battery?
  3. It is a new laptop but says it has 400 cycle counts in the Microsoft battery report, there is no way it has been unplugged and plugged in this much. Is this normal? Do I have to be concerned? The HP report says 20/1000 cycle counts, not sure what's going on.

I am of course asking about my particular model. As I understand each laptop is different. Any answers from HP employees would be great!
