Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys, I have a problem with "jumping" battery procentage. Sometimes it shows even 5 days of working opportunity. Also when I'm around 90% it sometimes reduces my display brightness (eco mode) for 10 seconds and than get back to "real" charge state. Sometimes Windows dont see the battery (until I restart laptop) or "Battery not found" message (than I see battery icon with X). Is it hardware fault? Or should I calibrate it? Did anyone had the same problem?
