Product: Example: Hp omen 15- dc1092tx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My laptop is not charging as it's saying my battery need to be replaced. I purchased hp care pack of 3 years and my laptop is under coverage. In my warranty it's clearly mentioned that N-CSR battery replace is deliverables. So will i get the battery replacement under warranty? HP technicians are saying that battery warranty is 1 year. But in HP website it's saying battery warranty extended with the purchase of hp care pack. What should I do?
