My laptop's battery is not working, it's stuck at 70% and does not work at all on battery as I need to have power in all the times, so replacing the battery is the best option.
I can't seem to find the battery online, as I live in college far from a proper city going to a service center and giving away laptop for some time is not a viable option, so if anyone can tell me the battery model and where I can buy it , I'll be obliged

I already contacted the support, they took my number and asked me to wait for their team to contact me. It has been 2 days since that plus my exams are closing in and laptop is a great asset and I can't afford to lose the thing that makes a laptop 'laptop' (the portability) so I getting the battery replaced as soon as possible will be great.
