Are you heavily relying on the battery a lot? Perhaps gaming on battery only quite often?
This might be why its having that issue as heavy usage brings the battery to its end of life faster.
You could try calibrating the battery. This usually resets the counter back to 99-100% when fully charged (or as full as it can get from this point of its life span).
Here is a video explaining how to do this. It will take several hours, so plan ahead when doing it.
